This structure had to adhere to the historical neighborhood building codes. I went beyond the guidelines to replicate the existing trim apron and utilize spindles that were more Victorian than those used today. The grand 6 x 6 posts were routed to mirror the existing post structures. Additionally, the rear staircase added access to the garden and basement. Contact us for more details.
