We love our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our merchandise for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or exchange of your order within 8 days of the ship date.
Should you need to return any product please contact email@example.com or call 520.600.4658 for an RA Number. Returns for any reason are not accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department with an assigned authorized RA number. Any merchandise returned without an authorization will be refused at our receiving department. 16% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns beyond 8 days of the ship date.
Any damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 4 days of receipt of your order. If for any reason the shipment cartons are damaged, please document immediately with the carrier’s representative delivering the shipment and note on their signature pad the damage cartons. Also, please take a picture of the carton and email to us.
The return merchandise need to be packed in its original packaging for return to be processed. No returns accepted on custom made orders. Please refer to Customer Name, Invoice number and Order number on all correspondence and return the package to:
